A managed account is an account opened at one of the mutual fund families or annuity firms for an individual investor and held in the name of that investor. There is 100% liquidity, 100% transparency, and the investor has 100% web access to the account 24/7. The appointed manager of the account simply has the ability to position the account to exchange funds within the account to follow our strategy. Unlike hedge funds and funds of funds there are no lock up periods and no one shares in your profits. You always know where your account is invested and only you have access to the funds in the account.
